RealFlow.info Launch
Posted March 3rd, 2010 in Net + Web, Shows + Etc., Text Art.The text animations are built to run in-browser using a javascript engine.
Real Flow is the real world (”irl”) counterpart to REALFLOW.INFO —
which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own IP address.

Real Flow is a demonstration of my fascination with the graphical possibilities of text; a play between the symbolic connotations and aesthetic possiblities of text characters. The project is part of a larger study, entitled, for the moment, Soft Text, which will eventually form my thesis project for my BFA. More on that ill shiz to come!

The opening is happening at Benson Hall @ the Rhode Island School of Design on Thursday, March 4th (’round 7) and will be up until the next week. Yesss! The site will remain up indefinitely.
As usual, email me if the project is broken on your system setup :P
Special thanks to the gallery coordinator and Benson beezy Everett Williams.
